The primary goal of this section of our site it to provide a comprehensive series of pod-casts on the various modalities of flexibility that make up a truly effective and comprehensive approach that addresses every aspect of fitness when it comes to flexibility.

Each pod-cast is mean to be only a 'tip' and not a complete solution for any area of flexibility.
