In
response to the growing demand for high-quality, comprehensive
educational events that include both lecture & instruction we will be
offering a number of webinar and clinic series to provide a learning
experience that will leave the participant with the knowledge,
information and skills they need to gain confidence, feel empowered and
thus improve their performance.
Each
clinic and webinar will offered as either a stand alone offering or
series. Attending the series will not be required, but highly encouraged
for maximum benefit. Each clinic and webinar series will be supplemented
by bi-talks and presentations that will compliment and the subject
matter contained in each. All of these offerings will include lecture, Q
& A and practical exercises to help each participant truly embody the
information and skills that they learn. You will leave a more
experienced, educated and skilled athlete.
Plan to leave with tools, techniques and
knowledge that you can put to use right away and have fun doing it. Each
participant will receive a workbook that contains information to help
reinforce what we go over and drills to practice the skills we go over
in each series, as well as special offers and discounts on additional
educational and experiential events. I hope to see you at the clinics

- Effective Mental Skills Training for Performance

8-Week
webinar series begins on July 7th to Aug. 25th 5pm PST.
4-week
clinic series begins July from 5:30 to 7pm bi-monyhly.
1 day
clinic to be held monthly beginning on July 20 from 9-5pm.
Maybe
you've heard about mental skills training but have haven't been shown
how to do it or ways to really achieve the state of mind you desire? Do
you feel like there's more to this performance riddle than just the
physical? Do you find that no matter how hard you train, how much you
rest, what coach you have, what tools your buy or what diet you try,
that you just can't achieve that break through performance? Maybe you're
just innately aware that nothing works individually and that training
the body w/out training the mind and the heart isn't a complete
approach?
If you

These
clinics will be presented as four 2 hour classes given every other
weekend over the course of 2 months. They will serve as an in-person
adjunct to the webinar series that will be held weekly for 8 weeks
consecutively. Lastly, I will be offering an all-day, in-person workshop
on these concepts, techniques and principles that have worked for me and
my clients in achieving our performance goals, and more importantly,
improving our lives.

This year the clinics will be open to men and women. Drills will be done
according to skills level and men and women can group up when necessary.
We will also be using new courses and a new agenda.

This year these clinics will occur on the weekend as a half-day clinic
so you can still make your morning ride if you want to. They will start
w/ class time where you will learn nuggets of wisdom and knowledge
gained over the course of many years coaching and racing. Then, we will

- Education & Empowerment for the Power Meter

If you
have a power meter and have no idea what to do w/ it or, if you have a
coach who does all of the dirty work for you? Would you like to be able
to look at your files and determine what's really going on during your
ride and how to find it? If you'd like to learn to use your power
meter more effectively to find your limiters, train your strengths then
this course is for you. This class is meant for athletes and coaches who
are complete beginners to training w/ power. I guarantee that if you
attend either or both the webinar series and the class, you will know
how to use your power meter to the fullest.
