Cyclo-Cross Skills Video Instruction

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

Endurofit is teaming up with Erik Tonkin of Sellwood Cycle Repair and his CX clinic team of coaches to create and post video clips of key CX skills shot at the Alpenrose CX clinics in Portland, OR this month.

These clips will demonstrate proper technique and contrast it to some of the more common mistakes made when learning and racing cyclo-cross. The goal is to help those who attended the clinic as well as anyone interested in improving their skills an additional teaching tool to help them continue to work on what they learned and what they need to improve their CX game.

Check back at the end of the month to view these video training tips. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about this and other events, offerings and training information.

That’s right! Get ready for our new and improved web site. It will be better looking, easier to navigate and find the services, products and events that interest you. The impetus for this change is our finally making progress on the developmental work we have been planning for several years now.

The elements that we are most excited are the addition of new lower cost coaching and training solutions that will appeal and help a wide variety of athletes and coaches which will be our primary focus. We will be offering informational resources such as e-books, pod-casts and online courses as well as group and self-coached options in addition to our custom coaching programs.

Now coaches and athletes can find the educational, coaching and training tools they need to solve their performance riddles and stick to their budget. Check back in periodically to find out more and to be one of the first to take advantage of these great, user-friendly resources and take your season to the next level in 2008.
