Custom Training Plans
Do you want a sport-specific, periodized training plan to help you meet
your goals but don’t necessarily need a coach? Are you looking to
maximize your training on a budget but want a program designed
specifically for you? Then a custom training plan may be the perfect
solution for you.
How it Works The process begins
when you fill out the questionnaire to give us the best possible
snapshot of you as an athlete, your wants, your needs, and your goals.
Next, we set up an initial consult to go over the information you
provided and get all of the necessary details we need to create the best
plan possible for you. Then, we will create
and send you your plan along with accompanying documents that explain
how to best utilize the program. Lastly, we will set up a brief consult to go over any questions you may have
and to make sure you are comfortable with the program.
Getting Started Please
download, print, sign and fax a copy of the
Waiver and Fee
Agreement to 1-706-243-6105. Next, down load a copy of the
Custom
Training Plan Questionnaire, fill it out completely, and
E-MAIL it back to us at least 2
weeks prior to when you would like to start your program. Lastly, please
make your payment by clicking on the link below. We must receive these
documents and a payment before getting started.

Do it Yourself Testing Package
Do you want to establish a base line and set up your training zones but
don't want to do it i the lab or spend unnecessary money on a test that
isn't even that relevant to your training?
This low-cost testing package provides you all of the materials,
information and resources you need to perform a functional lactate
threshold field-test and set up your training zones for Heart Rate
and/or Power on your own. Purchase this package and you will instantly receive your field test
kit by e-mail. It's as simple as that.
If you need more information or
additional help, I am available for consulting. However, you will have
everything you need to perform this test and create your training zones
on your own without a hitch!

One on One Coaching
One on one coaching is the ideal way to get the direct feedback,
personal instruction and support to help you expedite the learning
process in a fun, comfortable and supportive environment. I will design the sessions to fit your specific needs. You can come to us or we can
come to you. Travel expenses, food and accommodations to be paid by the
athlete.
This service can include the following & more:
- Personal coaching rides and skill instruction
- Mental skills & Life Coaching sessions
- Postural Analysis & Bike Fitting
- Personal training and event support
- Motor pacing sessions
